The United States, Mexico and Canada are members of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). There has been much talk recently of renegotiating or perhaps eliminating NAFTA altogether. Because Mexico and Canada are such significant trading partners for the majority of U.S. states, changes to NAFTA could have wide-ranging impacts.
