Before joining GPF, he worked for a news agency specializing in finance, international economy and geopolitics, and was a contributor for some Italian think tanks focusing on defense and foreign policy. Mr. Casarotto holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and a master’s degree in international relations. A native Italian who also speaks English, French and Spanish, he holds masters’ certificates in economic security, geopolitics and intelligence.
