Syria: There are signs that the Islamic State may be moving its capital from Raqqa to Deir el-Zour, which would make sense logistically and militarily. This comes at the same time that IS claims to have taken villages in Hama province. Both these developments illustrate how the Islamic State is reacting to being boxed in around Raqqa.
